The great room is open with lots of windows facing the Gulf waters. To the rear is an open kitchen with a breakfast bar and behind the kitchen is the laundry area with access to the wrap around deck from multiple doors to let in those sea breezes and surf sounds. This is a beautiful and comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach or fishing! JUST ENJOY!

~ 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and shared bath with 3rd bedroom (sleeps 2)
~ 3rd bedroom with Queen bed and 2 x Twin over Twin bunkbed and shared bath with 2nd bedroom (sleeps 4)
AMENITIES: outdoors - charcoal grill, outdoor shower, ample seating for lounging or dining; indoors: open kitchen w/ all appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher and oven/range, smartTVs, windows galore to take in all the water views, Internet/WIFI, washer and dryer

TREASURE ISLAND:
Stop by the nearby Blue Water Bar & Grill for lunch or utilize their convenience store to snag some basic supplies and beverages, fill your bait bucket and/or rent a golf cart. Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the frothy surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire while you listen to the waves under a sea of stars. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or fishing pier on the bayside. So much to do so little time!
AREA:
San Luis Pass and Treasure Island have been known all over the United States for being a saltwater fishing hotspot and the most amazing sunrises & sunsets! It is 15 minutes from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end and only about 30 minutes to the heart of Galveston Island's activities. Most people come to the area to spend quality 'non-commercialized" time with family, extended family, and friend on a clean beach with excellent fishing conveniently located between Galveston and Surfside Beach. It is close enough to take a day trip to Schlitterbahn, Moody Gardens, Pleasure Pier and The Strand, or grab lunch/dinner at the numerous waterfront restaurants including the Sugar Skull Rolling Cafe or Beach or Beach Front Deck Bar & Grill in Surfside.
NOTE: While there is a basic grocery store, Seven Seas Grocery, about 10 -15 min away, we do suggest, given this is on an island, you purchase your groceries ahead of time or at least plan to make a bit of a drive for most extensive purchases.
