The ground level offers a wet bar and microwave, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, dual heads and solar light, BBQ deck and fully fenced area. The storage area has half bath, washer and dryer, wine cooler and ice maker. Plus, a TV on a movable cart for outdoor enjoyment when weather permits.
There is also a swim platform with ladder perfect for launching a paddle board, canoe or kayak. May the water fun begin!
On the main level, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan, kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new flooring throughout and a chic coastal vibe!
Home is located an 4 min (1.1 mi) drive or golf cart ride to the Gulfside beach and 12 min (.6 mi) walk or even quicker car ride to Jamaica Beach City Park with seasonal pool. There is also a JB Coffee, Subway, Jamaica Beach Food Store and Shrimp N Stuff Food Truck nearby.

It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, extra $50 for 2) per stay.

Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!

For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
