Just 110 ft from long stretches of beautiful BEACH and stunning glistening views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple sides! This beach comfortable coastal cottage has vaulted beamed ceilings, loft with ladder for extra play space, and master bedroom boasting a King bed. The large kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, range/oven, trash compactor, microwave, as well as all the necessary small appliances needed to prepare your favorite meal. The laundry room comes complete with a full-sized washer and dryer.
On the ground level you'll find an enclosed outdoor shower for a quick rinse off after your day at the beach. Plus, you'll discover a covered deck (to escape from the summer sun) and a shell/fish cold water cleaning station.

TREASURE ISLAND:
Stop by the nearby Blue Water Bar & Grill for lunch or utilize their convenience store to snag some basic supplies and beverages, fill your bait bucket and/or rent a golf cart. Enjoy the Gulfside's uncrowded pedestrian beach (no cars allowed for 300 yards but golf carts welcomed) where you can setup your group's spot for the day on the beach to build sandcastles, jump in the surf, find unique shells and sand dollars, boogie board, shore & surf fish and build an evening bonfire. Or if preferred, utilize the available launch for your boat or fishing pier on the bayside. So much to do so little time!

San Luis Pass and Treasure Island have been known all over the United States for being a saltwater fishing hotspot and the most amazing sunrises & sunsets! It is 15 mins from Surfside and across the bridge from Galveston's west end and only about 25-30 mins to the heart of Galveston Island's activities. Most people come to the area to spend quality 'non-commercialized" the with family, extended family, and friends!

We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' starter kit of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, extra $50 for 2) per stay.

All rental homes follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1M liability protection and $10K damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
