Our cozy & cute bright beach pad is ready for your fun in the Surfside sun! Our cottage has views of the Gulf and is the 4th house from the sandy beach entrance (easy peasy) and two popular beachside restaurants. Located on a dead-end street which Ts right into the shimmering Gulf of Mexico, beach time is hassle free. The street has a well-maintained bridge to the beach. Come here to enjoy everything you need to get away from the city and completely RELAX while you taking in the sights and sounds of the surf!
FEATURES/AMENITIES: charcoal grill, elevated screened porch, beach accessories/toys, outdoor shower, ceiling fans throughout inside, high-speed Internet/WIFI, laptop friendly, washer and dryer, guest comforts of home starter pack.

This property is 979 Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and clothes washer pods. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
